A graduate in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University also holds a degree in foreign trade from Mumbai University. He completed the Company Secretary degree at one stretch. Mohit has an experience of over 5 years handling various compliance and management issues and has worked with variety of industries including textiles, gems & jewellery etc. He has been a part of the core team for Implementation of strategic plan in the different units.

He has handled and successfully completed projects related to the strategic plan implementation. He has a wide experience and proficiency in guiding and leading the team for task accomplishment. He had been dominantly involved in the formation and analysis of business plans and other factors for growth. His proficiency in conducting the training sessions for different people including top level to lower level management on various topics has been core strengths. The innovative and enthusiastic concepts have helped the businesses to reach at significant level.

Rajesh Kumar Jain

Rajesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 13 years of post qualification experience in accounting, finance, costing, budgeting, auditing, taxation, secretarial and statutory compliance functions. He has proficiency in formulating budgets and implementing systems/ procedures, conducting analysis, preparation of MIS reports, Internal Control systems, Internal Audit, Inventory Management, Project Financing, Costing, to enhance the overall efficiency & profitability of the organization.

He has been significantly involved in streamlining the working procedures, formulating cost effective solutions for enhancing the accounting and finance operations.

Nitin Kastiya


A post graduate in Commerce stream from Rajasthan University. He holds a degree in Jewellery designing from JPDC, Jaipur. Nitin has an experience of over 8 years of working with one of the leading Jewellery Companies of India. He has handled projects related to product development, manufacturing and supply chain.

Nitin has vast experience in handling of production matters in various industries. His product development concepts have been his key strengths. His knowledge to problem solving techniques and quality management makes him a master in his field. Nitin is one of the core members of the Management team of Trutone Consulting Private Limited.
